Team Work
Massage therapy is a 2-way street. It is a dynamic trust between client and therapist. You will benefit from Massage therapy and holistic healing if it becomes a regular part of your self help routine. My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term to enjoy your active life style.
Communication
Communication is absolutely key. I need to know how you're feeling, past injury/surgery, current activity levels, what you're looking to gain from the massage, etc. In turn, we will work together to form the best treatment plan for you.
