Jack is great! As someone who is in the gym and rock climbs regularly, I often get banged up. I view his massage work as an adjunct to the work I do in the gym, my PT, and my outside climbing. When the wear and tear is adding up he helps to get me back out doing what I love. As an athlete himself, he understands the demands sport places on the body and how he can help to keep me in the game. I view his care as part of the overall game plan to stay healthy and active.
